2024-2025 Schedule for Annual Completion of RNUA Forms
Academic staff members must annually complete a disclosure and request for approval of such activities. Throughout the year, additional disclosures and requests for prior approval are necessary whenever a change in such activities is proposed or when required by granting agencies. RNUA forms can be completed throughout the year for new hires or if an employee's status changes. All current academic staff members will follow the schedule below.
Please note that this year, additional Academic Staff members are required to submit an RNUA. Some Academic Staff members will receive a notification to submit an RNUA at a later time. Please contact your Conflict of Interest Officer with any questions.
